Fleur de Sel

Fleur de Sel is a thin crust of marine salt crystals that forms in the surface of the salt evaporation ponds.

It is known to be the purest salt in the market, since it put through no industrial process after its harvest, being used to prepare and touch up dishes with a high-quality pattern.

Its harvesting is handmade in Nova Mambone, in Inhambane province, integrated in a social project.

It has a naturally high concentration of iron, zinc, magnesium, iodine, fluorine, sodium, calcium, potassium and copper.

Suggestions

As opposed to coarse or refined salt, it is better added to dishes after cooking.

Use to give a final touch to your meat or fish dishes, as well as to season salads.

Try in desserts with caramel or chocolate.

Available in 200gr packs or in bulk.
