A special of Mozambique with the best coconut!
2 cups of sugar (400g)
2 cups of wheat flour (240g)
1 cup of milk (240ml)
Half a cup of oil (120ml)
100g grated coconut
1 large spoon of baking powder
Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Then add the grated coconut and flour and beat again. Finally, add the baking powder and mix.
Place the prepared dough in a greased shape and bake at 180º for 45 minutes or until cooked.

🇬🇧 Typical Brazilian cheese bread with tapioca flour (cassava starch)
500g polvilho doce (tapioca starch)
1 cup of milk (240ml)
Half a cup of oil, coconut oil (120ml) or butter
1 small spoon of salt
Boil the milk, with the oil and the salt. Then add to the flour and mix well.
Later add the egg and finally the shredded cheese.
Knead well until you can form small balls and then bake at 200º for 20-30 minutes, until golden.
If the dough does not have the desired consistency, add a little water.
